Mental Health Services to Private and NHS Trusts


  • Delivery of comprehensive and specialized bio-psycho-social assessments and conducting specialised nursing evaluations for individuals experiencing mental health conditions such as those diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Personality Disorder, ASD, PTSD and those affected by Substance misuse among other complexities.
  • Advising primary care providers to enhance their capacity to support individuals effectively and to facilitate the management of mental health needs within the primary care setting whenever feasible.
  • Performing thorough risk assessments in collaboration with clients and their carers, developing safety plans to promote client’s well-being and stability.
  • Providing access to a wide range of specialist psychosocial interventions tailored to individual client’s needs.
  • Offering expert guidance regarding available pharmacological treatment options to both clients and non-mental health professionals, consulting with the designated Consultant Psychiatrist or GP for specific prescribing advice.
  • Administering Long Acting intramuscular injections as prescribed, monitoring and assessing effects and side effects during each appointment, in accordance with NMC guidelines and NHS Trusts’ medicines policies.
  • Ensuring the safe handling, storage, and documentation of medications at all times.
  • Promoting principles of equality, diversity, and individual rights in accordance with best practices and relevant legislations.
  • Liaising with Social Care in contributing to Safeguarding processes of vulnerable adults  
  • Delivering high-quality, client-centred care while engaging families, carers, and relevant stakeholders, respecting patient consent and capacity in decision-making regarding their care and treatment.

Additional Services for Private Clients

  • · Providing holiday live-in support, where a caregiver, partner, or family member takes a short holiday away from home and arranges for our live-in, day, or night Mental Health Nursing support to stay with the client. All nurses are licensed drivers and hold a full UK driving license. 
  • · Offering Mental Health Nursing support for clients during holiday trips, including overseas travel. All nurses possess valid British passports. The client caters for the cost of travel and the nurses accommodation costs.
